Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the furniture if necessary and place all items, hardware, and instructions back into the original shipping crates or boxes.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

  Drop Off or Schedule Pickup

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location or contact our support team to schedule a freight pickup for oversized patio sets.
